Call the hotel to book and mention you are with the Dancers Inc. event for 2023. After a day of meetings or sightseeing in the fresh Pennsylvania air, seek solace in one of our inviting guest rooms or suites. Grab a cold drink from the mini-refrigerator and admire the views from your private balcony or stretch out on the comfortable pillow-top mattress and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Free high-speed WiFi and a work area let you stay connected to the office, while a separate sitting area provides ample space for unwinding. All accommodations are thoughtfully appointed with a laptop-sized safe, coffee maker, ironing amenities, hair dryer, bath products, and bottled water. If you are loading in any big props you must do so on Saturday at 8:00am with either Jeff Poulin or Kim Menna. Those props will then be able to be unloaded on Sunday at 7:00pm. These are props that require assistance and can not go through the front door or be carried.
A note from our venue: "No outside food or alcoholic beverage is to be brought into the facility". Failure to adhere to this guideline can result in the venue staff asking you to leave the facility and resulting in disqualification from our event. Light snacks and refreshments are of course permitted in the dressing rooms for the dancers but any large meals are not allowed. (Please do not set up any meals/buffets for your studios) Any questions on this guideline you may speak with the venue.
